Biography
Dr. Miller completed his training as a physician and psychiatrist at the University of Connecticut before becoming a clinical and research fellow in mood disorders at Yale University. He has served on the teaching faculty of the University of Massachusetts, Southern Illinois University, and Saint Louis University Schools of Medicine and been Principal Investigator in a number of research trials. He has served as an expert witness in civil suits, and in criminal cases in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois, and he is a HIMS psychiatrist for the Federal Aviation Administration.
In addition to decades of experience with the medication management of mood and anxiety disorders, addictions, and psychosis, Dr. Miller has special interest and experience with psychological trauma, eating disorders, and dissociative disorders. He can also introduce to the role that neurfeedback can play in relieving neuropsychiatric conditions and chronic pain.
